UrbanCiteIno – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it immediately. We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow additional time during busy periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Domestic)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Domestic)
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as delays caused by weather or customs processing. UrbanCiteIno is not responsible for any delays beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination. You will be provided with an exact shipping cost during checkout. For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping within the United States.

4. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the products. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applicable upon delivery, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. All shipments must be made to a valid street address.
